SOLIDS ENFORCER
In environments where there is a large amount of potential solids being carried into the grease interceptor it is often wise to consider adding a Solids ENFORCER.Grease Interceptors are not designed to separate Solids efficiently and often end up collecting these solids in the bottom of the interceptor. The result is a loss of capacity in the Interceptor . This may result in bad odors and unsanitary conditions, damage to the plumbing system, and frequent costly pumping.
